Items will normally be despatched within 2-3 days. If an item is out of stock we will inform you. Should you require an item Next Day, please telephone for stock availability before placing your order online.
Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
We cannot guarantee the above delivery times due to stock availability with our suppliers, but will make every effort to ensure that you are made aware should any delays occur.

Orders up to £100 - Carriage £2.95
Orders over £100 - Carriage Free (UK Mainland only)
Premium Next Day Delivery charge - £10.00 (max weight of 5kg).
Returns
If you wish to return an unwanted item, please contact us within 7 days for a Returns Number. Returns must be sent in their original packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please send the original invoice and include your full name, address and telephone number. Please note that there will be a handling charge for all unwanted returns, this will be at our discretion.
If an incorrect or faulty item is received, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the problem.
